If you bought your linkable CC, download a secure browser and proxy, then go to Nike.com and select what you want.
If you are done, click on Checkout, and don't forget to use the cardholder as shipping plus billing, after the parcel is packed, before send call them up and tell them to re-route.
Now type the card details in, make sure you type in with your hand, many sites have copy paste secure like Nike. If you are done, click Place Order.
